MyPyramid e-Catalog Materials Submission

Please fill out the form below to submit your materials for review by the SNE e-Catalog review team. Materials should contain substantive content from MyPyramid and/or the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. We are looking for materials that have some interpretation of or guidance on using MyPyramid, as opposed to marketing materials with MyPyramid on them. Materials should be available to the public. Please limit the number of entries to ten. If you have more than ten resources that you would like to submit, please contact the Project Coordinator.

Submission of materials does not guarantee inclusion in the catalog. For non-Web materials, producers will be asked to send 2 copies of materials for reviewers.

For questions about the form below or the e-Catalog project, contact the Project Coordinator, Corey Scarpero at 301-504-6415 or dgamypyramid@sne.org.
